Emergency Situations
In emergencies CALL 911 or the Reach Out 1-866-933-2023 immediately or go directly to the nearest hospital emergency department.
We are not equipped to deal with emergency or crisis health needs.
Prevention
Early detection of illness is important. Screening for health concerns at certain times over your lifespan can help keep you healthy. Even if you feel well, it is important to take charge of your health.
We encourage you to have a complete health review every two years.
Those who have chronic illness should book regular appointments. Your provider will help determine a schedule.
