Youth Housing Support

How to contact the Youth Housing Support program:

Program Hours and Service Delivery:

  • The Youth Housing Support program is open 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday. There are no services offered after hours.
  • Due to COVID-19, the HSW is working primarily from home and is providing services virtually (zoom), by phone (voice call and text), email and as a last resort, in-person (e.g. outside, wearing masks and practicing physical distancing).

Youth Housing Support program referral:

Transitional Aged Youth Coordinated Response program (TAY-CR) referral:

  • The HSW program is the point of access for an intersectoral coordination team called the “Transitional Aged Youth Coordinated Response program” or “TAY-CR” for short.
  • The TAY-CR team consists of the HSW and a worker from Oxford CAS, Wellkin, and Youth Justice Services. We exist to rapidly stabilize and support complex needs youth (aged 16- and 17-years old) who are homeless or at-risk of homelessness, and who’s needs are not being managed well in community.
  • For more information, contact the HSW (see above).
  • Download TAY-CR referral fillable form
