BACK To Movement

Come join us for floor based YOGA exercises that will help strengthen your back and improve daily function. Learn how to use breathing practices to manage your back pain.

Angela Rizzo, physiotherapist and Jenilee, social worker and certified yoga instructor will be guiding the exercise group.

For our wheelchair accessible, 9 passenger bus

 

Are you a retired professional driver or someone who enjoys driving?

We need drivers to transport clients to medical / health care appointments safely

Weekday & day time hours

Requirements include: valid G license and liability insurance; clean driver abstract and vulnerable sector police clearance.

You can expect to drive locally and to locations outside of Oxford County

Join community agencies for free pizza and interactive activities in Museum Square from 11:00 to 2:00.

If it is raining, the event will be at St. Mary’s Catholic High School.

Talent Wanted!

The Oxford Drug Awareness Committee is looking for people to perform or exhibit at this year’s Acoustic Cafe.

If you are a musician, dancer, poet, artist or are creative in any way and would like to share your talents in Museum Square, now is you chance!

The Acoustic Cafe is the ‘pre-show’ for the annual Stage for Change at the Market Theatre.

Both events take place on Friday, September 21.

Acoustic Cafe – 2pm to 5pm

Stage for Change – 6pm to 10pm
