Who is eligible?
You can access care at the Dental Clinic if you:
- Live in Oxford County
- Are aged 18 – 64 years old
- Have low income (i.e. difficulty meeting basic needs)
- Have no dental benefits
- We do accept OW and ODSP
- You do not qualify for any government dental programs

- Preventative – dental exams, cleaning, scaling
- Restorative – fillings, root canals, tooth removal
- Oral surgery – complex or multiple tooth removal
How do I get an appointment?
Step 1: Send us a referral
Call 519-539-1111 or visit the Oxford County Community Health Centre to complete a referral form.
You can also find the referral form online below.
Step 2: We’ll book you in
Once we receive your referral, our clinic staff will contact you to schedule your first appointment.
