Community Dental Clinic – Oxford County Community Health Centre

Who is eligible?

You can access care at the Dental Clinic if you:

Live in Oxford County
Are aged 18+
Have low income (i.e. difficulty meeting basic needs)
Have no dental benefits, and
You do not qualify for government dental
programs

What services are provided?

Preventative – dental exams, cleaning, scaling
Restorative – fillings, root canals, tooth removal
Oral surgery – complex or multiple tooth removal
Dentures

Seniors aged 65+ with low income can access dental
care through the Ontario Seniors Dental Program –

Youth and Seniors aged 65+ can also access dental care through:

The Ontario Healthy Smiles program (17 and under)
Canada Dental Benefit (under 18 or over 65) – visit
canada.ca and search for “Canada Dental Care Plan”

How do I get an appointment?

1. Call us, or come to the Oxford County Community
Health Centre to complete a referral form.

2. Our clinic staff will call you to book your first
appointment.
