Youth Outreach & Support

Our Youth Outreach & Support Program supports marginalized youth aged 16-24 in Oxford County who face complex challenges and would benefit from additional support to develop their independence skills and connect to wraparound services. Our staff will work with each youth client to develop an image of what they want their future to look like, and create goals that are focused on supporting them in accomplishing this future; goal areas may. Our staff will encourage youth clients to set goals in the main aspects of life and independence, including: Housing, Education, Training and Employment, Documentation, Financial Stability and Financial Literacy, Health and Well-being, Identity, Culture and Belonging, Relationships and Professional Supports, Self-Advocacy, and Self – Efficacy. We can support youth in the home or in community, depending on their preference.
